Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and ELECTRICO STUDIOS LIMITED (“we”, “us”), company number 16918131, registered in England and Wales at 33 Lawrence Avenue, Stevenage, England, SG1 3JX, for use of Game Market (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them.
1. What the Service is
Game Market collects publicly available information about Roblox games, creators and groups, and presents it as history and analysis. It is an independent tool.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. We do not speak for Roblox, we cannot help you with your Roblox account, and nothing here creates any relationship between you and Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox remains governed by Roblox’s own terms.
2. Accounts
You may sign in with Roblox or with an emailed sign-in link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Roblox account secure, and for any API keys you create — a key is shown once and acts as your account until you revoke it. You must be at least 13 to hold an account and at least 18 to subscribe. One person, one account; do not share credentials.
Claiming a game asserts that you develop it. We check that claim against Roblox where we can. Claiming games you have no part in is grounds for termination.
3. Subscriptions, trials and payment
Paid plans are $8 per month or $60 per year. New accounts get a 30-day free trial, and we do not ask for a card to start it.
Paddle.com Market Limited is our merchant of record. Paddle sells the subscription to you, handles payment, tax and invoicing, and Paddle’s own terms apply to that transaction. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax Paddle is required to add.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for — we do not stop your access early.
Refunds
If you are in the UK or EU you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase; asking us to start the Service immediately does not remove it, but you may owe for what you used. Beyond that, if the Service has not worked for you, email us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it. We would rather refund you than argue.
4. What you may and may not do
You may use the Service to inform your own work, including commercially. You may not:
- scrape, bulk-export, resell, redistribute or sublicense the data, or use it to build a competing dataset;
- share your account or keys, or use them for more than one person or business;
- attempt to defeat rate limits, access controls or the entitlement system, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without asking us first — ask, and we will usually say yes;
- use the Service to harass, dox or target any person, or to make claims about a person’s income, identity or private circumstances.
Data is provided for analysis, not for automated decisions about people.
5. Accuracy, and what we do not promise
The data is collected from public sources that we do not control and that change without notice. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Roblox may change or withdraw access at any time, which may degrade or end parts of the Service. Nothing in Game Market is business, financial or investment advice, and you should not treat it as the sole basis for a decision. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those we cannot exclude by law.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uptime, and we may change features. If we materially reduce what a paid plan provides, we will tell subscribers by email beforehand and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
7. Your data and ours
You keep any rights you have in the content you supply, such as your tracked list. We keep the rights in the Service, its compiled datasets and its software. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or where payment fails and is not resolved. Except in cases of serious or repeated breach we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close your account without cause we refund the unused part of your period.
9. Liability
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period or $50. If you use the Service for business purposes, the consumer protections do not apply to you but your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email account holders at least 14 days beforehand, and continuing to use the Service after it takes effect means you accept it. If you do not, cancel and we will refund the unused period.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law and may bring proceedings locally.
